As far as I know, almost all people I have known made it in my area. You just check the uscis.gov try to find the results of petitions filed in 2003-2004
src040xxxxxxx (x-number from 0-9)
say that you statiscally get the 100 src number in row, you find approval/denial/waiting and get the outcome.

I am pretty sure that results are not what you are talking.
