老公单位的律师让所有资料齐全后再递交，但是体检要三四个星期才能完成。

上一次就因为体检晚了一个月后，EB1排期从current一下倒退了两三年。我看这里很多人都提到先递资料然后体检。是不是可以这样？我现在对老公公司使用的律师很怀疑了，感觉他们很懒散不为客户着想。

-You need to provide all of the required documents at one time. You may contact more doctors to see which one can get the physical exam done sooner. As far as I know, some doctors can complete it in about one week.
