目前拿L1A签证。I-140去年5月批的，9月I-485面试。现在还在等绿卡。两个孩子在上学，持L2签证。

请问8老师，

  1. 如果现在从公司离职，绿卡的申请会受影响吗？-Depends. If your I-485 pending has been more than 180 days and you find a new job in the same/similar field as the old job, then your I-485 will not be affected. If you don't have a job in US in the same field, USCIS will deny your I-485 any time in the future.
  2. 如果离职，L1 和L2签证就会取消吧。-If you don't have a new job and do L-1 transfer, your L-1/L-4 will be invalid.
  3. 那孩子可以持EAD和AP继续在美国上学吗？-Yes, but if your I-485 is denied (see above), your kid's I-485 will also be denied and thus, your kid cannot stay in US legally.
