当前的H1B 5/2/2019到期且满5年，理论上还能再延期1年，到5/2/2020 H1B用满6年，老婆H4.
问题如下：
1.怎么样才能合法留在美国并有助于后续申请绿卡呢？
-If you can get your I-140 approval (e.g. NIW I-140) before your 6-year H-1 expires, then you can use the approved I-140 to extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit. Anotrher choice is to change your H-1 status to O-1 and your spouse H-4 to O-2. Discuss O-1 applicaiton with yoru lawyer.
2.还需要提交RFE吗？-Try your best. At least it does not hurt you anything even if the case is denied later.现在这个环境下，我这个Case被拒掉的可能性真的这么大吗？有人最近相似背景下成功的吗？
3.需要申请NIW吗？-Yes. 在什么时间前提交NIW最有利呢？-Do it now, the sooner the better.
4.还能换律师重新提交EB1A吗？两次提交EBA1期间有时间间隔吗？-No time limit, but if you have no new evidences in your background such as new publications, fundings, etc., I don't suggest you to file a new one.
5.为维持当前身份，除了申请H1B延期，还有别的选择吗？现在还允许H1B加急吗？
