我根据visa interview letter上提供的链接去看体检需要准备什么，在  Medical Examinationz这个网页（https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/interview/interview-prepare/medical-examination.html），我看到体检要求带：

Obtain the following records and bring them to your medical examination:

• Your vaccination immunization records
• Any prior chest x-rays
• Copies of your medical history records
• Your passport, identity card, laissez-passer, or travel document

但是我在 List of U.S. Embassies and Consulates，点击Guangzhou (GUZ)进去后，看到这个说明文件（https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/GUZ-Guangzhou.pdf）中要求

• Bring the following items to your medical exam:
• ? Your visa interview letter,
• ? Your passport,
• ? Recently taken passport-sized color photographs (refer to the physicians’ website for instructions), and
• ? A copy of your immunization records. 

这2个地方关于体检要带的材料的说明不一致，请问您我应该按照哪个指示去做，谢谢您
