请教8老师EB1A follow up 485 REF

请问8老师

 

本人EB1A 绿卡批准后，LD递交485 以follow up 的形式申请她的绿卡。上周收到移民局回信， 要补充材料。

一共两封信。 名称都是（Request for evidence）分别是12 和16号寄出。 内容不相同。 12号的信说 1）confirmation of a job offer or request to port 和 2）需要更过期的From 693。 但是16号的却说要补充1）birth certificate 2）需要更新过期From 693。

我们的困惑

1. 两封信以哪一封为准？ 是时间上最后的一封吗？
2. 还是两份信都要回答？
3. 针对12号的信第一条1）confirmation of a job offer or request to port。具体内容如下“You must submit a properly completed and signed supplement J, confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer or Request for Job portability under INA section 204 (j), showing that the offer of intended to port to a new offer of employment in the same or similar occupational classification as the job specified in the underlying From I-140. You may be eligible to adjust pursuant to section 204(j) of the immigration and Nationality Act (INA) if

.  Your Form I-485 application has been pending for 180 days or more, AND

. Your new intended permanent employ employment is in the same or similar occupational classification as the original Form I-140  

• LD是follow up 我的EB1A， 根据我的理解她是不需要有雇主的永久职位的工作证明的。我们如何给移民局解释这一点呢？(是不是移民局搞错这个案子的分类了？

1. 关于出生证明， 以前的小地方没有正式的原始出生证明文件， 都是手写的(我们提交的手写的未提及父母名字之类)。 针对这种要求，父母关系公证书是否有效？
