求问好心的8老师：我的非移民签证2月14日到期，目前Eb1+485在焦头烂额地准备中，每天时间都很紧张，很可能要战斗到最后时刻才能寄出。请问最晚哪天寄出才不会丢失合法身份？万分感谢！
-Had better send it out one week before your I-94 expires (USCIS may take a few days to put your document file into their computer system).
