感谢您之前的回答，您回答中提到" But if your case is forwarded to NVC, then you have to apply for the visa in one year from the date NVC contact you."，我不清楚我现在的状态是否属于“forwarded to NVC"，我收到对方的回信中这么提到

NVC received either a fee payment or mail from you recently.  However, we need to have all of the following items before we can review your case: 

1. Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration (Form DS-260):
2. Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and financial supporting evidence (not required for employment-based petitions):
3. Supporting Civil Documents:

If you have already sent in all of the applicable items above we will review your case. For current processing times, please visit our website at nvc.state.gov/submit (English) or nvc.state.gov/enviar/espanol (Spanish). We will let you know after our review if anything is missing or if any other action is required.

 

请问上面的情况是说我这个case 还没有“forwarded to NVC"? 还是说1年内我必须都办理好，谢谢您。
