因为CAR ACCIDENT 中受伤 ，只好用几周的short term disability insurance. 这算“public assistance”吗？ 也就是说，对下面的问题回答“YES”或“NO“？

"Have you ever received public assistance from any source, including the U.S. Government or any state, county, city or municipality (other than emergency medical treatment) or are you likely to receive public assistance in future"?
