请教：

1.J1 Waiver 到相应的中方机构办就性了吧？和USCIS没关系吧？

-Need USCIS to make the final decision (last step).

2. J1 Waiver办下来后，如果申请EB1，可以同时递I-485吗？

-Yes if the priority date is current.

3. 如果I-140批准后还是J1身份，可以递I-485吗？

-No until the J-1 waiver is approved by USCIS.
