各位老师你们好！

我想申请EB-1C，填写I-140表格的时候发现有一个问题：

1。 背景情况1： 我的L1 签证在旧护照上；现在换发了新护照。

-Provide the copy of your new passport information pages, and the copy of the visa page and entry stamp page of your old passport.

2.   背景情况2：我之前还申请了B1/B2十年签证。几天前刚刚在www.evus.gov  网上更新了信息，把新护照的信息更新上去了。

3。 现在在填写 I -140表格的Part 3 里，在I-94 Record number信息后面需要填写护照。这里应该填写旧护照信息对吗？随附的I 94表格里会显示旧护照信息。

-Only provide the current/valid L-1 I-94 information.

4。 在申请EB-1C提供的护照材料中，应该提供旧护照第一页+签证页和新护照的第一页对吗？
