EB1B I140 刚批,准备自己diy 485。

有一个问题，我是在纽约州，本来I140是file到tsc的，10月的时候，纽约和别的几个州被load shift到nsc了，所以i140是在nsc批的， linxxxx。

我想问， I485那file的哪里？nsc还是tsc？目前查I485的instruction 纽约的还是要file的tsc （dallas）。
