请问8老师， 刚刚收到offer，还没有payment, 但是公司支持办理EB1B，那么现在可以提交EB1B的I140了吗？

-Yes if the employer agree to sponsor you.

还是必须等有了几个月的paystub之后才能提交EB1B的申请呢？
