绿卡持有人入籍的年限
如果绿卡持有人是技术移民，比如EB1得到的绿卡，后来与美国公民结了婚，那么，
他是多少年能申公民？五年还是三年？

-Either three years from the date he married the US citizen or five years from the date he got the green card.
