请教8老师：申请EB1B时，同时提交I140和I485，需要公司的Paycheck来证明employment吗？

-No, but you need the employment verification letter from the employer.

如果要，那至少需要几个月的呢？还是说只要Employment verification letter就能证明employment吗？
