我是申请Eb1a的，在Part4中的7，8两个选择问题，下面2个问题和我不是一类的，我是选择No，还是就Leave it blank。多谢

7. Is the petition being filed without an original labor certification because the original labor certification was previously submitted in support of another Form I-140?   Yes   No

8. If the petition is being filed without an original labor certification, are you requesting that USCIS request a duplicate labor certification from the Department of Labor? Yes No
