还是没明白，移民局官网上说是需要顶部打2个孔装订的

我和网上帖子装订照片一样，顶部打2个孔装订，然后用专门的一个东西闯过2个孔绑材料。但是顶部打2孔绑材料的话，就会把一些文章顶部的信息给遮盖住。

另外，从您的回答，是不是说移民局会把整个文件拆下来，然后一页页扫描？
