一句英文，怎么读都觉得不通，请指点

I have authored important research articles in the top international/national journals, patents, and conference presentations, and my publications have received sustained international/national acclaims;

我觉得patents, and conference presentations这个位置和前面内容衔接不上，很别扭。请指点，多谢
