J1签证，查网上资料，说要申请I140，还有waiver，还有回国服务2年。然后工作2年后怎么出来，感觉很乱，请指点。
-I-140 filing does not need J-1 waiver or stay in China for two years, but I-485 filing or immigration visa application need it. That means you can file I-140 any time you want to, but you can not file I-485 or apply for immigration visa until either you get the J-1 waiver or stay in China for two years.
