请问加入一些学会的member，对申请Eb1a有用吗

Eb1a申请有这么一条 Evidence of your membership in associations in the field which demand outstanding achievement of their members。

但是不知道我加入普通的会员会对我有帮助吗，比如光学学会OSA会员这样的。是不是Eb1a这一条要求的是fellow这一级别的。
