我看到很多绿卡推荐信模板开始都有类似这样的几行

我应该是写德州的地址，但是我查到的不知道对不对。我在这里查的http://www.uscis.gov/i-140-addresses

我看到邮寄地址分为4类:Regular的I-140；Regular的I-140同时提交I485;加急的I140和I907;加急的I907，并修改I140。

推荐信中台头是不是采用Regular的I-140的USPS或者USPS Express都可以，

-This one is correct. By the way, recommendation is needed for EB1 or NIW I-140 only, not for I-485. You collect all the recommendations and put them together with your application documents in one packet and mail the packet out.
