回复：请求大侠们指点下：EB1b or NIW on part time H1B?

以前贴过一个超6年的H1b extension 问题。现在终于搞定了，就是弄成part time了（因为我title的prevailing wage突然涨了N多）。
 

a）我现在准备让学校帮我整EB1b，是不是part time empolyment会是个大问题啊？
-If your school will offer you a full-time position after you get the green card, it will be fine.
 

b）如果等EB2 NIW的排期，到时候交485，part time也会是个大问题吗？
-Fine for NIW I-140 now, but you had better find a full time job when you file I-485 a few years later.
