请教各位老师关于EB1B签名的问题
我的情况是：现在州立大学做research faculty，我自己找律师办EB1B。但是，administrative assistant 说 "the University will not sign form G-28 as the university does not have a contract with the attorney of your choosing"。律师说没关系，beneficiary也可以sign form G-28。我仔细读了pjiang的blog，http://blog.wenxuecity.com/myblog/14332/200807/221.html，好象beneficiary不能sign form G-28。
我想请教一下：
1. EB1B的申请，学校不愿意在G-28签名，是否beneficiary也可以sign form G-28。
2. Form G-28上的Respondent是什么含义，beneficiary是否可以作为Respondent。
3. EB1B的申请，是否只有I-140必须由学校签，其他文件如petition letter等都可以由律师签呢？
