如果 副申请在新雇主那里使用EAD，

是不是意味着我们都激活了EAD呢？

- 副申请使用EAD is irrelevant to  主申请 and thus, it does not affect主申请 H-1 status. 

如果因为某种原因， 我们的485被据了， 我还能申请H1B吗

-After 副申请使用EAD, she/he needs to go to China to get the H1 visa to reinstate the H1 status if he/she wants to get the H1 again (e.g. after I-485 denial).
