only uscis officials can judge if you are qualified. 

some comments/suggestions:

J1: you may need to get a waiver if you have 2-y-r home residency requirement.

publications are good, but citations are more important now.

membership: serve on committee on a prestige association may quanlify

best paper awards: awards should be at national level and above.

need to judge others work such as manuscripts and proposals
