第一段：
We are pleased to offer you the position of XXX Engineer at Salary Band (X) for (Company Name), located in (Location). Your salary will be paid at a monthly base pay rate of $XXX ($XXXX per year annum). Upon acceptance of this position, you will report to Mr. XXX effective as of (Date), or on another mutually agreed upon date.
第二段：
Discuss Relocation.
第三段：
Discuss Benefit and 401K.
第四段：
Discuss Paid Time Off (PTO), i.e. Vacation Time.
第五段：
Discuss Reference Checking, Drug Test, etc.
第六段：
Discuss Electric Direct Deposition for the Pay.
第七段：
Ask for Signature, and Provide Fax Number.
