EB1B的140和485一起递交后，是不是要收到各自的receipt number？

是不是140批了后，才开始审理485？

-The will be processed at the same time, but I-485 will not be approved until the I-140 is approved or both are approved at the same time in some case.

如果140批了，而485超过了180天，就可以换工作

或不用担心被解雇了？

-You need to have a job for I-485 approval.

180天是从140批了后计算，还是从485的notice date或received date，或priority date计算？

-from the receipt date of I-485.
