请问：现在私人公司还可以办EB1B吗？

-Yes it the company qualifications meet the requirements of EB1B sopnsor.

如果可以，有什么硬性要求？

-Your work has to be research position and you have to have at least 3 years of working experience in thew field you claim for the EB1B. The company  has to have a  team of at least 3 full time researchers with a proven record of research achievements.
