办EB1A, 律师给我的I-140表part2竟然选了i: NIW，

-The lawyer is wrong! Complete a new I-140 again with the right choice. I am worry about the quality of your lawyer because a experence lawyer should have not made such a obvious mistake.

 G28第一项填的I-140NIW.

我觉得I-140应该选a Alien of Extraordinary Ability。

可是G28应该填什么呢？

-填 "I-140" in G-28 第一项 "USCIS-List form number (s):".  If you will  also ask the lawyer to file I-485 for you together with I-140 filing,  you need to put "I-140 and I-485" there.

 I-140 AEA ??

-No EB1A or NIW there,  just "I-140,  I-485, etc."  (form number).
