回复：EB1A 办理加急影响通过机会吗？

EB1A想办理加急处理。不知道这对通过的机会影响是好还是坏？加急处理在USCIS也走同样的程序吗 （除了优先）？我的case算是中等偏上，还请各位老师帮忙分析一下利弊。谢谢！

-USCIS will make a decision on the case based on the same standard and procedure no matter whether you use 加急处理 or not. 加急处理 means they will make a decision (RFE, approval, or denial) in 15 days, not need to wait in line. Some people say 加急处理 may be easy to get the RFE because USCIS may not have time to process your case completely in short time and the FRE may give them some spare time (I am not sure it is true or not)
