Dear teachers and friends,
I have several questions during EB1A application.
1. For citation record for my Chinese publications from Google scholar, should I translate the whole page, or just the part that related with my publication? Usually On the searching page, only the first paragraph is about my case. It take lots of time to translate others.
2. For my recommenders. Does USCIS prefer there CV or their websites are ok?
3. Visa documents: is H1B documents (I-797A, Receipt, I-94) enough? Should I also prevent all the previuos visa documentslike F1, I-20, OPT, old I-94 etc.?
