我的问题是如果被拒，有无必要和公司谈找有经验的中国律师重新申请。

-Up to you. Not hurt you to try. You may just hire a 有经验的中国律师 to file "Motion to Reopen/reconsideration or Appeal if your case is denied. Talk to the new lawyer, anyway.

短期内再次申请是否难度很大？
