EB1 140 at NSC

Received in May 2003
RFE in Nov 2003
Denied in Apr. 2004
Appealled in May 2004
Approved in Oct 2004

Recommendations:
Do try the appeal after denial, even though sometimes the chance seems really slim. Do quote the relevant laws and previous cases in the appeal.

I have to work on my I-485 now--another battle ahead waiting for me to fight.
