准备走EB1A途径申请绿卡，但是我的律师建议我等140批准后再递交485.

想问一下从140批准到485批准（EB1a）大概需要多长时间，

这个过程能选择PP吗？

-Yes, but some people think it is easly to get RFE using PP for EB1. Talk to your lawyer if you plan to use PP.
