我有I-140的收据。 学生驽钝，我以前的理解是如果我fileI-485在I-140批准以前， 我可以用I-140的收据，但是因为目前I-140已经批准，是否会因为fileI-485时没有提供approve notice而被移民局索要？ 还请8老师指点迷津！ 谢谢！

-You may get a copy of the I-140 approval notice from your employer (they will not geive the original one to you) and you have the right to get the photocopy. If you do not have the copy of the approval notice, you may just use the I-140 receipt and USCIS most likely will accept it and if they reject your application, they also will return your payment for the fee. So, you lose nothing.
