我EB1A I140 approval, I485 pending （三个月）。我很想换工作（从癌研究大学换到纯癌治疗临床小医院)。

不知需要等多久才能换工作，同时不影响I485？

-Because your case is EB1A, you can change your job any time without affecting your I-485 as long as your new job is in the same/similar area as the old job (the job you claimed in the I-140).
