EB-1 OR, what kind of proof to

I am a non-tenure track research assistant professor, but not a
permanent one because when my H-1b visa expires, the position
will be automatically terminated.
Some friends still recommend me to try EB1-OR, because they think
this position is pretty close to a permanent one.
So, in the meterials to submit for OR, what kind of proof must I
provide to show INS I have a permanent job?
