请教8老师，P老师以及各位大虾，

本人申请Eb1a I-140已批，然而485被拒。
看了一下notice，发现CIS有一个明显的错误，就是根据我的NIW的140来拒我的485，说是排期没有到。请问这种情况我该怎么办啊？谢谢大家
-File teh I-485 Motion to Reopen and justify it in your response letter and enclose the EB1a I-140 approval notice. You will be fine.
