回复：请问EB1b 中，申请人的3年工作经验证明的verification letter怎么写啊？

律师说我们要提供一个申请人在本学术领域里有3年以上research experience的verificaiton letter。

申请人的基本信息就是博士毕业后，做过5年博士后。请问这个verification letter，是谁出具呢？
-Dept Chair or your supervisor.

可以自己写吗？
-No. But you can draft a letter and ask the Chiar to sign (if the Chair agrees you to draft it).
还是必须做postdoc的单位出具？

然后如果是可以自己写，需要做postdoc的单位提供什么证明吗？

如果自己写，都写什么内容呢？请问有类似的模板之类吗？
-It is very simple. Just verify how long you have worked in this area and what responsibilites (not need details) and the say somehting Dr. XXX is an excellent scientist and I support his application for teh lawful permanent residency under Eb1B category, etc.

那怕是经历不类似的模板也可以啊，我们参考参考。
