"For circumstances surrounding the job offer as well as the benefits attached to the position, submit a copy of the official university document that defines university policies and procedures for employment of academic/professionalstaff. The copy may be from a printed or electronic source. The entire document need not be submitted, but all parts
relating to the position offered to the alien and all comparable (i.e. to tenured or tenure-track) research positions at the university should be submitted"

请问一下应该去学校的哪个部门拿到这些材料?
