863211: Thank you so much for your quick answers and suggestions. I still have two questions:

1. If his I485 is declined (or in pending), does it mean he would not allowed to study in U.S. any more since he cannot extend F1? If so, the risk is too high.

2. Can I apply for EA1A in Canada, instead of taking the offer since it seems TN visa is not good for GC application?
