4.如果我在file 485后失业了，CIS怎么知道我employment状态呢？
-They do not know it immediately, but they will send you RFE any time for your employment status when they process your I-485 no matter whether you hav ejob or not. Alos because EB1A PD is current, and that means your I-485 may be processed any time.

如果我隔了1、2个月找到工作了，也还会有影响吗？
-That should be fine.

或者说我不能有一天是处于失业状态的？
-Not true. As long as you have a job or get the job offer when you get the RFE, you are fine.
