我知道需要像annaul report, federal tax returns, audited financial
statesments这些东东。可是这些东西包括公司机密信息，也不会直接给我呀。各位大
侠是如何解决这个问题的？预先谢谢了
-The EB1B can only be filed by your employer, not you. If your employer agrees, you may prepare the paperwork for them. You employer will provide the required documents you mentioned here directly to USCIS, so you do not need to worry about that.
