请问老师， 我正在填Eb1-A 的I-140 表 第四部分， processing infomation 中的第六条 “has any immigration visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person？”皮匠老师博客中这条不是很详细。

我2007年7月双递的NIW 的140 和485. 140 已经批了。我是不是要附上NIW 140和485 的receipt 和批件？
-Yes. You had better also use the A# of your NIW I-485 for this new I-140 (Part 3 A-Number (if any))

另外，我这次准备efile I-140， 是不是把这次的 efile后 140 receipt number 也附上？
-Just follow the instructions during the e-file (you may print out the receipt and enclose it in the mail).

还有，我申请NIW时， 我申请的是我和我的爱人， 我爱人的485 材料是不是也要附上？
