回复：eb1b 485 approved before 140, why? help...

有一个问题请教大家, eb1b filed concurrently. 现在485 显示是card production. 可140 有一个soft lud 但status 还是initial review. 现在糊涂了，这个是到底批没批啊？ 谢谢大家。
-Was you case filed in TSC? TSC usually approves the EB1 I-140 and I-485 at the same time. I am sure your employer/lawyer will receive the I-140 approval notice shortly. So, contact your employer/lawyer. Online status is always not showed in time.
