请问Pjiang,863211老师有关 efile EB1b 140 的问题

我的MIW I-140 一月份刚刚批准, 但是现在我要申请 EB1b I-140。
可是当我E-file I-140时, 根据“If you answered yes to any of these questions, please provide the case number, office location, date of decision and disposition of the decision in the text box below”问题，填写了 case number, office location and decision 后总是出现Error, 而确不能进行下一步。请问这是怎么回事？ 怎样解决？谢谢！
