给大家一些鼓励，申请时4年博后(US PhD biomedical science,30 journal papers, 18 first-authored,3 independent letters)， transfered to NSC in May, got RFE in Nov.(added 4 more independent letters), approved last week.At the same time, got a tenure-track faculty offer (didn't mention in RFE) when waiting.

大家加油，一句话，‘要对自己有信心’。
