回复：请教各位专家: I485 (EB2-PERM) pending, 申请 EB1A的问题

因为排期可能还有一年以上，已等很久。加上能否在几个月内拿到绿卡，对现在个人工作情况有极大影响。想请教各位专家:

1. 如果我自己file一个EB1A的I-140 petition,是不是对我现在pending的I485 (EB2-PERM)毫无影响(i.e. no delay in process)？
-I do not think there is a negative effect.

2. 如果EB1A的I-140被批准，USCIS是不是会自动relink到我（主申请人）和wife（副申请人）的EB2-PERM I485 (with its early PD)?
-Hard to say, but you had better request USCIS to do so.
若不会，我和wife需要做什么？
-Contact USCIS and request the relink by mail, email, phone, etc.

3. 还是说应该同时fileEB1A的I-140 petition and I-485?
-Up to you.
这种情况，若EB1A的I-140被拒，会不会影响现在EB2-PERM的I485？
