说已经ORDER了I485的卡给我们,但I140还没有收到批准的信,请问这是怎么回事?
-The I-140 approval notice is sent to your employer, not you. Sometimes it is sent late. So, your case is very normal.
另外两个大人的所有申请都是一起批的,孩子的(6岁)都没有动静,请问这种情况该怎么办?
-Just be patient and the kid's I-485 will also be approved later.
