1 我做了三年半的博士后在同一所学校, 是否可以申请EB1B? 我的老板和系主任都很好，同意出新支持办理。关于title 的事，有比我年长的中国博士后，还没转哪。我实在不好提出太多要求。
-Technically, No because USCIS does not consider PostDoc position is permanent. But you can ask your dean to use a another title such as Research Associate, Research Scientist, etc. I have known several PostDoc did that and got the green card.
To your Dean, PostDoc Research Associate is not different from Reserch Associate, right?
